Born in 02.01.1962 at Banpur abode of Maa Bhagabati. Studied in Tagor's Santiniketan. Awarded Ph.D for study of Gandhian Influence in oriya literature in 1992.Now serving as a Lecturer in Oriya in Nachuni Mahavidyalaya. Known as a literary critic, a good orator & a simple writer. Editor of The Samakala Ra Samukhya Kapota, a Tri-monthly oriya magazine. Son of Pandit Harihar Sarangi Sahrma, a renowned Astrologer & Sanskrit scholar of Rourkela. Incomplete Sans his better-half Mrs. Sujata Sarangi,a Poetess.
